I know what it’s like to be busy and sit at a desk all day feeling drained, stiff, and frustrated with your body.Ten years ago, my 9–5 had me battling headaches, sore shoulders, and zero energy.A physio told me: your muscles are weak, your posture’s shot, and it’s only going to get worse.So I started lifting weights.I fixed my posture, ditched the pain, built strength, and got my energy back.Now I coach other busy women to build a leaner & stronger physique, giving them more confidence in & out of the gym.Whether in person or online, I offer realistic training and nutrition guidance that works around your schedule, not against it.Without crash diets or endless cardio.Just smart coaching resulting in a body that feels strong

Personal Training

1. What is it?

In-person training run from a beginner friendly home gym in Schofields. With the Lift2Fit program, you'll receive a tailored fitness program that's built around your body and goals.Choose from one, two or three in person sessions a week with optional nutrition guidance add on.

2. Who is it for?

This is perfect for women local to Schofields who want hands-on coaching to build confidence in lifting and finally train in a way that feels safe and effective.

3. How do we start?

Book your free 30min consultation in person at our gym. It’s a relaxed, 1-on-1 session where we’ll chat about your goals, conduct a fitness assessment & discuss a plan for you.


Online Coaching

Join The Sculpted Body Blueprint

1. What is it?

The Sculpted Body Blueprint is my 12-week online coaching program designed to help you build a lean, defined, feminine physique from anywhere in the world.You’ll receive a personalised training program, tailored nutrition guidance and be kept accountable through weekly check-ins, form reviews, progress tracking & coaching calls.

2. Who is it for?

Perfect for women who are tired of guessing their way through workouts and diets. This program gives you the exact steps to sculpt your body, improve your nutrition and build lasting confidence from your own gym, on your own schedule.

Online Coaching

How is online coaching different from in person?

Instead of training at my gym you'll have access to everything via my app, letting you train whenever, wherever. Send through form videos for review plus be kept accountable through weekly checkins and coaching calls.

Can I get results if I train from home?

Yes! Whilst gym access is preferred, as long as you have some basic equipment (dumbbells, resistance bands, bench) we can build a program for you.


In-Person Training

Can I get results if I only do 2 sessions per week?

Yes — 100%. I can also guide you on what to do at home or at your local gym if you need more.

How long does a session last for?

Sessions typically last 45-50 minutes and will include your warm up, main workout and cool down.

Do you offer partner/group training?

Yes! Train with a friend and get 25% off. Bring a group of 4 and enjoy 35% off each.

We have a range of coaching packages available to ensure everyone can start their journey towards a healthier lifestyle.
