What’s involved in the free strategy call?

It’s a relaxed, 1-on-1 phone/Zoom call where we'll discuss your fitness goals, current challenges and how personalised coaching could benefit you.

How is online coaching different from face to face?

The main difference is that I'm not there in person as you train (you'll send through form videos instead). Otherwise, all programming & guidance is the same plus you get access to me via message or coaching calls.

Can I get results if I train from home?

Yes — 100%. As long as you have access to at least some basic equipment (dumbbells, resistance bands, bench) you'll be set.

What results will I actually see & how fast?

Most clients start noticing changes in their energy, strength, and confidence within a few weeks of starting.
